Miles Overview
The 6 Series is BMW's grand tourer, offered as a coupe, a convertible, and the four-door Gran Coupe. It's a car that eats up highway miles with ease, yet it still feels eager when you find a winding road. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how planted it feels at speed. Inside, the cabin is a quiet, upscale place with comfortable seats and plenty of tech for the year. The 650i Gran Coupe gives up the convertible's open-air experience but keeps the V8 and adds two more doors for real back-seat space. Its 4.4L I8 makes 448 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque, routed through a eight-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and it returns 19 mpg combined.
