Miles Overview
The 6 Series is BMW's grand tourer, offered as a coupe, convertible, and the four-door Gran Coupe. It's a car that eats up highway miles with ease, yet it still feels eager when you push it through a winding road. The ride is composed and quiet, though the run-flat tires can make sharp impacts feel a bit firm. Inside, you get a beautifully built cabin with supportive seats and plenty of room up front, though rear legroom is tight in the coupe and convertible. Its 3.0L I6 delivers 315 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque through a smooth eight-speed automatic, all to the rear wheels, and the EPA rates it at 24 mpg combined. It packs 13.0 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats, which is generous for the segment and makes the Gran Coupe more practical than the two-door models without losing the coupe silhouette.
