Miles Overview
The 6 Series is BMW's grand touring coupe, convertible, and four-door Gran Coupe, aimed at buyers who want luxury and style over pure practicality. It's a car that feels at home on long highways, with a hushed cabin and a ride that soaks up miles effortlessly. Despite its size, the 6 Series corners with surprising composure, though the steering can feel a bit numb at times. Inside, you get a beautifully crafted cabin with high-quality materials and comfortable seats, but rear legroom is tight in the coupe and convertible. Moving to the 650i xDrive Gran Coupe swaps the six-cylinder for a V8 and adds BMW's all-wheel-drive system, making it more capable in bad weather. The 4.4L I8 cranks out 440 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque, and the eight-speed automatic shifts smoothly whether you're cruising or pressing hard. EPA estimates are 19 mpg combined, which is fair for a V8 grand tourer of this weight.
