Miles Overview
The 4 Series is BMW's compact luxury coupe, convertible, and Gran Coupe, the two-door and four-door-coupe take on the Audi A5 and Mercedes C-Class coupe. It's a car that rewards a spirited drive, with crisp steering and a chassis that feels balanced and eager through corners. The ride is firm but controlled, so you'll feel the road, but it stays composed on long trips. Inside, the cabin is well-built with quality materials, and the Gran Coupe's hatchback adds real practicality to the sleek roofline. The 430i is the coupe with the 2.0L I4, and it's the version you pick when you want the 4 Series' sharp handling without the extra weight of the six-cylinder 440i. The 2.0L I4 makes 248 horsepower and pairs with the eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, which is enough to move it briskly and return 27 mpg combined.
