Miles Overview
The 4 Series is BMW's compact luxury coupe, convertible, and Gran Coupe, the two-door and four-door-coupe take on the Audi A5 and Mercedes C-Class coupe. It's a car that rewards a spirited drive, with crisp steering and a chassis that feels balanced and eager through corners. The ride is firm but controlled, so you'll feel the road, but it stays composed on long trips. Inside, the cabin is well-built with quality materials, and the Gran Coupe's hatchback adds real practicality to the sleek roofline. Stepping up to the 440i xDrive from the 430i swaps the four-cylinder for a 3.0L I6 with 320 horsepower, and adds all-weather traction with its all-wheel drive system. The 3.0L I6 pairs with a eight-speed automatic that shifts smoothly, and the xDrive system sends power to all four wheels for confident grip in rain or snow. This coupe body style seats four seats, and the firm suspension means you'll feel bumps more than in a 3 Series sedan.
