Miles Overview
The 2015 3 Series is BMW's compact executive sedan, offered in both sedan and wagon body styles with a choice of rear- or all-wheel drive. It competes with the Audi A4, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and Lexus IS, but stands apart with its sharp steering and balanced chassis. The 3 Series delivers crisp turn-in and composed body control, making it one of the most engaging cars in its class. Inside, the cabin is driver-focused with high-quality materials, supportive seats, and a straightforward iDrive system. The 328d xDrive is the diesel version of the 3 Series, giving you better fuel economy than the 328i while keeping all-wheel drive traction. The diesel engine pulls strongly from low rpm, so you rarely need to downshift on the highway, but it does clatter a bit at idle.
