Miles Overview
The 2 Series is BMW's compact coupe and convertible, the smallest rear-drive-based car in the lineup. It's a genuinely engaging car to drive, with quick steering and a chassis that feels eager and balanced. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how well it corners. The cabin is snug but well-built, with a clean layout and quality materials throughout. The M240i xDrive is the top non-M 2 Series, with a stronger engine and standard all-wheel drive over the 230i models. The convertible body adds open-air fun, but you lose some trunk space and the structure isn't as rigid as the coupe's.
