Miles Overview
The 2012 A8 is Audi's flagship sedan, the car they build to take on the S-Class and 7 Series. It feels lighter than it is, with a composed, planted ride that makes long trips effortless. Inside, the cabin is hushed and beautifully finished, with comfortable seats and plenty of room for four adults. Some owners note the trunk is on the smaller side, but that's a minor trade for the luxury you get. The A8 L is the extended-wheelbase version, so you get serious rear legroom over the standard A8, plus a quieter ride. The 4.2L I8 makes 372 horsepower and pairs with a eight-speed automatic that feels smooth around town and responsive on the highway.
