Miles Overview
The A8 is Audi's flagship sedan, a full-size luxury cruiser that competes with the S-Class and 7 Series. The air suspension soaks up bumps beautifully, making long highway stretches feel almost silent. Inside, the cabin is a quiet, beautifully trimmed space with plenty of room for four adults. The L 4.0T gives up the base 3.0T's V6 fuel economy for a much stronger V8, but it still undercuts the pricier S8 by a wide margin. Its 4.0L I8 makes 435 horsepower and 444 lb-ft of torque, routed through eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, and it'll return 22 mpg combined on the highway.
