Miles Overview
The 2018 Audi A5 is a compact luxury car offered as a coupe, convertible, and hatchback, competing with the BMW 4 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Drivers praise the A5's tight steering and well-calibrated suspension, noting it handles corners with confidence and composure. The interior is a highlight, with high-quality materials and a sleek, modern design, though the backseat is a bit cramped. Cargo space is on the small side, especially in the coupe, so plan accordingly if you need to haul more than a couple of bags. The Prestige is the top A5 trim, above the Premium and Premium Plus, and it adds the most tech and comfort features. Under the hood is a 2.0L I4 making 252 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque, routed through a seven-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, good for 27 mpg combined. Only the Prestige gets the adaptive suspension, so it can soften the ride for cruising or firm up for back roads.
