Miles Overview
The A4 is Audi's compact luxury sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes C-Class. It's genuinely fun to drive, with sharp steering and a chassis that makes you want to take the long way home. Inside, the cabin feels upscale and well-built, though the rear seat is a bit snug for adults. Owners report the A4 is generally reliable, but some mention the dash electronics can act up over time. The top-of-the-line Prestige trim sets the A4 apart from the Premium and Premium Plus with a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system and a head-up display. Its 2.0L I4 makes 248 horsepower and pairs with a smooth automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, which gives it confident grip in rain or snow. Adaptive cruise control with traffic-jam assist is exclusive to the Prestige, making stop-and-go commutes noticeably less tiring.
