Miles Overview
The S5 is Audi's sporty mid-size coupe and convertible, a step above the A5 with more power and sharper tuning. It's a car that rewards a spirited drive, with immediate acceleration and a chassis that feels planted through corners. Inside, the cabin is upscale and comfortable, though the rear seat is tight and the trunk is modest. Some owners report paint flaking and a rear-view mirror that can detach, but most say the car has been trouble-free. The Premium Plus adds leather upholstery, a premium sound system, and power front seats over the base S5, making it the sweet spot for daily comfort. Its 3.0L I6 makes 333 horsepower and pairs with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic and all-wheel drive, delivering quick shifts and planted traction. The convertible body style means you get open-air driving at the cost of added weight and a smaller trunk compared to the coupe.
