Miles Overview
The 2016 A4 is Audi's compact luxury sedan, the one most people cross-shop with the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes C-Class. It's genuinely engaging to drive, with sharp steering and a chassis that makes you want to find the next corner. Inside, the cabin feels upscale and modern, with comfortable seats and a trunk that swallows a surprising amount of luggage. Reliability is generally good, though some owners mention electrical gremlins and the need for timely oil changes to avoid sludge. The S Line Premium gives you the sporty exterior look and Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive for a few thousand less than the S Line Premium Plus, though you skip the upgraded audio and navigation. Its 2.0L I4 makes 220 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, paired with the eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, delivering confident grip in rain or snow and a combined 25 mpg combined.
