Miles Overview
The A3 is Audi's entry-level sedan, a compact four-door that competes with the Mercedes-Benz A-Class and BMW 2 Series. It's a sharp little handler, with quick steering and a firm, controlled ride that makes it feel eager on back roads. Inside, the cabin feels upscale for the price, though rear legroom and trunk space are tight, so it's best for two. The Premium trim adds heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and the quattro all-wheel-drive system over the base front-drive Premium. With the 2.0L I4 engine making 228 horsepower and all-wheel drive, this A3 feels quick off the line and sure-footed in corners, returning 25 mpg combined. The available sport suspension firms things up noticeably, so expect a tauter ride if you check that box.
