Miles Overview
The 2012 A4 is Audi's compact luxury sedan, also offered as a wagon, and it's the car most people cross-shop with the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes C-Class. It's a car that feels quicker than its numbers suggest, and the steering is precise enough that you'll enjoy taking the long way home. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how well it corners, but the seats are supportive enough for long trips. Inside, the cabin is a nice place to spend time, with high-quality materials and a layout that puts everything within easy reach. The Premium is the base A4, so you get the same 2.0L I4 and crisp handling as the upper trims but with cloth seats and a simpler audio system. With 211 horsepower from the 2.0L I4 and front-wheel drive, the Premium is a balanced daily driver that returns 25 mpg combined.
