Miles Overview
The A8 is Audi's full-size flagship sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class. It's a big car that shrinks around you on the road, with strong acceleration and a calm, confident gait. The air suspension soaks up bumps beautifully, though on rough pavement you'll hear a bit of road noise. Inside, the cabin is hushed and opulent, with plush leather and a back seat that's genuinely limousine-like. The L is the long-wheelbase A8, the one to pick if you plan on being chauffeured or just want limousine-like rear legroom over the standard A8. Its 4.0L I8 makes 453 horsepower routed through automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving it effortless highway passing and a 0-60 time in the mid-4-second range.
