Miles Overview
The A3 is Audi's entry-level model, a compact sedan or convertible that competes with the Mercedes-Benz CLA and BMW 2 Series. It feels eager and nimble around town, with quick steering and a chassis that stays composed on back roads. Inside, you get a clean, modern dashboard with quality materials and comfortable front seats, though rear legroom is tight. Some owners have had issues with the starter motor and other electrical gremlins, so it's worth a thorough check. The Premium Plus adds keyless entry, a rearview camera, and leather seats over the base Premium trim. This A3 pairs its 2.0L I4 with automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving it confident traction in rain or snow. The convertible body style means you lose the fixed roof and some rear seat space, but the power top folds in about 18 seconds.
