Miles Overview
The Sprinter is Mercedes-Benz's full-size van, the one you see hauling cargo or shuttling people for work and play. It drives with a solid, planted feel for such a big vehicle, and the diesel engines pull strongly under load. The cabin is straightforward and built to work hard, with plenty of storage and a commanding view of the road. You can get it as a cargo van or a passenger van, with roof heights and wheelbases that let you match the space to the job. The 3500XD gives up some payload capacity compared to the regular 3500, but it adds a stiffer suspension and heavier-duty components for serious towing. It uses a 3.0L diesel with an automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, pulling strongly when you've got a trailer behind you.
