Miles Overview
This compact SUV blends boxy practicality with a premium badge, slotting between the GLA and GLC in Mercedes-Benz's lineup. It competes with the BMW X1, Audi Q3, and Volvo XC40, offering more interior space than most in this class. The GLB rides comfortably and steers with light effort, making it an easy daily driver, though the base engine can feel busy under hard acceleration. Its upright roofline yields generous headroom and an available third row, a rarity among compact luxury SUVs. Standard MBUX infotainment with dual screens and voice control keeps the cabin modern, with a suite of driver assists across trims. Its AMG-tuned 2.0L I4 makes 302 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive that hustles it to 60 mph in about 5.1 seconds. The AMG RIDE CONTROL adaptive suspension lets you firm up the dampers for back-road duty, then soften them for the daily commute.
