Miles Overview
The E-Class is Mercedes' executive sedan, and for 2021 it also comes as a coupe, convertible, and wagon, so there's a body style for most tastes. It's a car that feels settled and composed at speed, with a calm, quiet demeanor that makes long highway trips effortless. The ride is smooth and well-damped, absorbing bumps without fuss, though the AMG versions trade some of that comfort for sharper responses. Inside, the cabin is roomy and beautifully put together, with supportive seats and plenty of space for adults in both rows. The E 350 is the entry point to the E-Class sedan, sitting below the six-cylinder E 450 and the AMG-tuned E 53 and E 63 S. Its turbocharged 2.0L I4 makes 255 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque, routed through a nine-speed automatic to rear-wheel drive, which is plenty for daily driving. Fuel economy is a bright spot here: 25 mpg combined, which beats the thirstier six-cylinder versions.
