Miles Overview
The 2021 C-Class is Mercedes-Benz's compact luxury sedan, coupe, and convertible, positioned against the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. The C-Class feels poised and responsive, with sharp steering and strong brakes, though the AMG versions are firmer and more aggressive. Inside, the cabin is trimmed with quality materials and offers comfortable seats, but rear legroom is tight in the coupe and convertible. Standard tech includes a 10.25-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a suite of driver-assistance features like active braking assist. This is the range-topping C 63 S, the convertible that swaps the C 43's all-wheel drive for rear-wheel drive and a much wilder character. Its 4.0L V8 makes 503 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, routed through a nine-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and returns 20 mpg combined. The convertible body adds open-air fun but cuts rear legroom and cargo space to 8.8 cubic feet of cargo space, so it's best for two people and a weekend bag.
