Miles Overview
The AMG GT is Mercedes-Benz's dedicated sports car, a two-door grand tourer that competes with the Porsche 911 and Aston Martin Vantage. It's a sharp, engaging driver's car, with quick steering and a chassis that feels planted through fast corners. The cabin is snug but well built, with supportive seats and a clean, driver-focused layout. There's a usable trunk for a sports car, but rear seats are best left for small children or extra luggage. Stepping up from the 43 brings the mild-hybrid inline-six, more power, and the multi-chamber air suspension as standard. The 3.0L I6 makes 429 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque, with the 48-volt system smoothing out starts and adding a boost of torque when you need it. The AMG RIDE CONTROL+ suspension lets you dial the car from comfortable grand touring to firm track readiness at the press of a button.
