Miles Overview
The AMG GT is Mercedes-Benz's dedicated sports car, a two-door grand tourer that competes with the Porsche 911 and Aston Martin Vantage. It's a sharp, engaging driver's car, with quick steering and a chassis that feels planted through fast corners. The cabin is snug but well built, with supportive seats and a clean, driver-focused layout. There's a usable trunk for a sports car, but rear seats are best left for small children or extra luggage. Its 3.0L I6 makes 362 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, routed through a nine-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, which gives it sure-footed traction in all weather. The 43 is the only AMG GT trim with a mild-hybrid system, which helps smooth out the stop-start and adds a subtle torque fill.
