Miles Overview
The CLS is Mercedes' sleek four-door coupe, a style-first alternative to the more conventional E-Class sedan. It's a relaxed grand tourer, happiest eating up highway miles with a smooth, quiet demeanor. The steering is light and the ride is plush, so it's more about comfort than carving corners. Inside, the cabin is beautifully trimmed and the front seats are superb, though the sloping roofline cuts into rear headroom. The CLS 450 is the only CLS offered this year, so picking it means you get the sleek four-door coupe shape without having to choose between powertrains. Its 3.0L V6 uses a 48-volt mild-hybrid system for smooth starts and a boost of torque, and all-wheel drive gives you all-weather grip with 362 horsepower. The standard AMG Line exterior adds a more aggressive front bumper and side sills, so the CLS 450 looks the part even without the optional adaptive dampers.
