Miles Overview
The 2018 Regal Sportback is Buick's mid-size sedan, but its hatchback tailgate gives it the practicality of a small wagon. It's a comfortable cruiser that handles corners with more composure than you'd expect from a Buick, and the ride stays quiet at highway speeds. Inside, the cabin is roomy for four adults, and the hatch opens to a generous cargo area that swallows luggage and gear easily. Standard tech includes a responsive touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus available driver-assistance features like blind spot monitoring. The Preferred is the base Regal Sportback, giving up the Essence's leather upholstery and the GS's extra power while keeping the same hatchback practicality. Its 2.0L I4 makes 250 horsepower and pairs with a nine-speed automatic, sending power to the front wheels for a smooth, confident daily drive that returns 26 mpg combined.
