Miles Overview
The 2002 Audi TT is the compact sports coupe or roadster that brought Audi's design language to the entry level. Inside, the TT's cabin is a stylish mix of aluminum and leather, though the rear seats are really only for small kids or cargo. Owners report the TT is reliable when maintained, but expect higher costs for parts and service, and keep an eye on the timing belt. This TT roadster keeps the same 1.8L I4 and manual transmission as the coupe, but trades the fixed roof for a power-folding cloth top that stows in twelve seconds. The 1.8L I4 makes 180 horsepower and pairs with the manual transmission, sending power to the front wheels; it's the lighter, more playful version of the TT, and it returns 23 mpg combined.
