Miles Overview
The 2020 Civic is a compact car available as a sedan, coupe, or hatchback, with a sporty character that sets it apart from the Corolla and Mazda3. The Civic is genuinely enjoyable to drive, with sharp steering and a composed chassis that make it a standout in its class. Inside, the Civic offers a spacious cabin and generous trunk space for the class, though the touchscreen interface can be finicky at times. Reliability is a Civic hallmark, and owners report few problems beyond occasional infotainment glitches. The Sport hatchback adds sharper looks with 18-inch gloss-black wheels, fog lights, and a decklid spoiler over the base LX, plus the stronger engine and a manual gearbox that the lower trims don't get. Its 1.5L I4 makes 180 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed manual, which gives the little hatch a genuinely eager feel that the CVT cars lack, and it still returns 32 mpg combined.
