Miles Overview
The DB9 is Aston Martin's grand tourer, a two-door that blends luxury with genuine performance. The ride is firm but composed, and the cabin stays quiet enough for long-distance touring. Inside, you get hand-stitched leather and real metal trim, though rear seats are best left for luggage. The Volante is the open-top DB9, swapping the coupe's roof for a power-folding soft top that stows under a hard tonneau. Its 5.9L V12 makes 510 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic to the rear wheels; the EPA rates it at 15 mpg combined. Top up, the cabin is surprisingly quiet for a convertible, though the soft top adds some weight you'll feel in the corners.
