The Ghost is Rolls-Royce's entry-level sedan, but it's still a full-size luxury flagship that competes with the likes of the Bentley Flying Spur. It wafts along with a magic-carpet ride, yet it's surprisingly agile for its size, hiding its heft well on a winding road. The cabin is a hushed sanctuary with sumptuous materials and near-silent cruising, plus a trunk that swallows golf clubs with room to spare. Standard tech includes a head-up display, a starlight headliner, and a self-closing doors system that adds to the theater of arrival. The Black Badge trades the standard Ghost's serene composure for a sharper, more assertive character, adding more power and a darker aesthetic without losing the vault-like cabin. Its 6.7L V12 makes 591 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, sent through the eight-speed automatic to all four wheels, and the extra muscle is clear from the moment you press the throttle. The Black Badge's stiffer suspension and retuned exhaust give it a more connected feel, but you'll feel the road more than you would in the standard Ghost.
