2024 INEOS Grenadier Fieldmaster

The Grenadier is INEOS's answer to the classic Defender, a no-nonsense off-roader built for work and adventure. On the road it feels truck-like and deliberate, with a steering setup that takes some getting used to but suits its off-road focus. Inside, the cabin is utilitarian and easy to clean, with exposed rivets and a central touchscreen that controls most functions. You get a choice of a five-door wagon or a pickup, and both offer generous cargo space and a high roofline for gear. Leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a Safari roof set the Fieldmaster apart from the base trim below it. The 3.0L I6 makes 281 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, routed through an eight-speed automatic to all four wheels, and returns 15 mpg combined. The Fieldmaster adds a rear differential lock as standard, which gives you extra traction on the trail without checking option boxes.
