Miles Overview
The McLaren GT is the brand's take on a grand tourer, a mid-engined coupe that trades some track focus for long-distance comfort. It drives with the sharp, immediate responses you expect from a McLaren, yet it settles into a relaxed cruise better than the brand's harder-edged models. The cabin is snug but nicely finished, and the front trunk adds real luggage space for a weekend away. Expect specialist servicing and steep insurance, but the GT's relatively simple mid-engined layout keeps routine maintenance straightforward. The GT is McLaren's touring-focused model, so you get a softer suspension tune and more cargo space than the harder-core Artura or 720S.
