Miles Overview
The Discovery Sport is Land Rover's compact SUV, the one that brings the brand's go-anywhere character to a smaller, more city-friendly package. It drives with a composed, planted feel on pavement, and the all-wheel-drive system gives you real confidence when the road turns to dirt or snow. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how well it handles, but the seats are supportive for long trips. With three rows available, it can seat up to seven in a pinch, though the third row is best left to kids. The SE is the trim that makes the Discovery Sport more attainable, skipping the HSE's premium audio and leather to keep the price down. Its 2.0L I4 makes 237 horsepower and 251 lb-ft of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic and all-wheel drive that handles all conditions well; expect 22 mpg combined in mixed driving.
