Miles Overview
The XK is Jaguar's grand tourer, a sleek coupe or convertible that pairs long-distance comfort with real sporting intent. It's a car that feels happiest on a sweeping back road, where its balanced chassis and eager steering make it genuinely engaging. Inside, the cabin wraps you in leather and wood, with supportive seats that make a cross-country trip feel easy. Expect to pay more for upkeep than you would on a comparable German coupe, but the character is part of the price. This XK convertible gives you the open-air experience without the fixed-roof coupe's structure, sharing the same 4.2L V8 and rear-wheel-drive layout. The 4.2L I8 makes 300 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, sending power to the rear wheels for a smooth, effortless surge on the highway. With the top down, you get wind-in-your-hair motoring and a surprising 10.0 cubic feet of cargo space with the roof up, though the cabin is snug for four adults.
