Miles Overview
The XJ is Jaguar's full-size flagship sedan, the one that goes up against the S-Class and 7 Series. It handles remarkably well for its size, gripping the road and taking turns with confidence. Inside, the cabin is a showcase of thick leather and luxury, with comfortable seating and thoughtful touches like heated and massaging seats. Expect premium running costs: it's not cheap to maintain, and repairs can be pricey if something goes wrong. With 385 horsepower from the 5.0L V8 and a six-speed automatic sending power to the rear wheels, this XJ feels quick without being frantic, and it returns 19 mpg combined.
