2017 Jaguar XE Prestige

The XE is Jaguar's compact sport sedan, aimed squarely at the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. It's one of the sharpest-handling cars in its class, with quick steering and a balanced chassis that makes back roads fun. The ride is firm but controlled, so you feel the road more than in some rivals, which is the trade for that agility. Inside, the cabin is driver-focused with quality materials, though rear legroom is tight for adults. The Prestige adds leather seats, a Meridian sound system, and blind-spot monitoring over the Premium trim, without the sportier look of the R-Sport. Its 3.0L V6 makes 340 horsepower and pairs with automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving you sure-footed traction in rain or snow and a 0-60 time in the mid-5-second range. The Prestige can be had with adaptive cruise control and a head-up display, features you can't get on the Premium.
