Miles Overview
The XC60 is Volvo's compact luxury SUV, the one that competes with the BMW X3 and Audi Q5. It drives more like a sedan than a tall SUV, with a composed ride and responsive steering that make it easy to live with daily. The cabin is a highlight, with a clean Scandinavian design, comfortable seats, and a large touchscreen that controls most functions. Rear legroom is a bit tight for taller passengers, but the cargo area is practical for everyday use. The all-wheel drive and eight-speed automatic handle the 316 horsepower smoothly, and the EPA rates it at 23 mpg combined in mixed driving. The R-Design includes drive modes that let you stiffen the dampers and sharpen throttle response, which makes it feel genuinely eager on a back road.
