Miles Overview
The S60 is Volvo's compact luxury sedan, the one you cross-shop with the Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series. It's a smooth, quiet cruiser that feels at home on the highway, though the suspension is on the soft side and body roll shows up in quick corners. Inside, the cabin is roomy for four adults, with a spacious trunk and supportive leather seats that make long trips easy. Standard City Safety can brake automatically at low speeds, and the blind-spot monitoring is a feature owners say they quickly get used to. The T5 Inscription sits above the T5 Premier in the S60 lineup, adding real wood inlays and an upgraded sound system for a plusher feel. A 2.5L I5 sends 250 horsepower through the six-speed automatic to all four wheels, and you'll get 23 mpg combined on regular fuel.
