Miles Overview
The 2022 Sorento is a three-row midsize SUV that slots between the Sportage and the larger Telluride in Kia's lineup. The Sorento drives with a composed, car-like feel, and the available turbo engine gives it a genuinely quick step. Inside, the cabin is roomy for five, with a usable third row that's best for kids or short trips, and the rear seats fold flat for cargo. Kia's 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty backs the Sorento, and owners report solid dependability overall. The EX is the mid-range hybrid trim, splitting the difference between the base S hybrid and the plug-in SX models. Its hybrid powertrain pairs a 1.6L I4 hybrid with a six-speed automatic for 227 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, and it returns 37 mpg combined.
