Miles Overview
The 2024 Carnival is Kia's minivan, a roomy three-row family hauler that competes with the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. It drives smoothly and quietly, with a refined ride that soaks up bumps well, making long trips easy on everyone. Inside, the cabin feels upscale for a minivan, with soft-touch materials and a clean, modern dashboard layout. The second-row seats slide and recline, and the third row folds flat into the floor, giving you a huge, flexible cargo area. The SX Prestige is the top Carnival trim, adding leather seats, ventilated front seats, and a Bose premium audio system over the EX. Its 3.5L V6 makes 290 horsepower and pairs with the eight-speed automatic for smooth, confident highway merging, though the 22 mpg combined fuel economy trails the hybrid Sienna. The second-row seats slide on long rails and fold into a table mode with a tray and cupholders, a feature unique to this trim.
