2019 KIA Soul Base

The Soul is Kia's boxy little SUV, the one that looks like a tall hatchback and is easy to park in tight city spots. It rides smoothly over most surfaces, though the tall body does catch wind on the highway. Inside, there's plenty of headroom and a back seat that folds flat for hauling gear or napping at a drive-in. The available touchscreen includes Android Auto, but some owners find the navigation can be slow to respond. The Base is the entry-level Soul, sitting below the Plus and Exclaim, and it gives up some power and features to keep the price low.
