Miles Overview
The Soul is Kia's boxy subcompact SUV, the one with the upright, funky shape that makes it easy to spot in a parking lot. It's easy to drive and park, with a tall seating position and good visibility that makes city driving a breeze. The cabin feels roomier than the exterior suggests, with generous front legroom and a surprising amount of headroom for taller drivers. Stepping up to the EX from the GT-Line adds a sunroof, heated front seats, and a larger touchscreen, making it the comfort-focused choice in the Soul lineup. The EX uses the same 2.0L I4 as the base models, with 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque routed through an automatic transmission to the front wheels; it's smooth and willing around town, and it returns 30 mpg combined.
