Miles Overview
The Venue is Hyundai's smallest crossover, a subcompact wagon that's easy to park and eager to please in the city. Its light steering and tight turning circle make it feel nimble around town, though the engine needs a firm foot to keep up on the highway. Inside, the cabin is surprisingly roomy for its size, with a simple dashboard and plenty of standard tech like an 8-inch touchscreen. Cargo space is modest but usable, and the rear seats fold flat to swallow a surprising amount of gear for a car this small. Standard 15-inch steel wheels and a simpler interior distinguish the SE from the SEL above it. The 1.6L I4 makes 121 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive, which feels eager around town but needs planning for highway merging. The SE comes with an 8-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay standard, so you get the same infotainment as pricier trims without paying extra.
