Miles Overview
The 2014 Genesis is Hyundai's flagship luxury car, offered as both a sedan and a coupe, with the sedan competing against the likes of the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes E-Class. The cabin is classy and comfortable, with leather seats, wood-grain trim, and an easy-to-use touchscreen with navigation. A few owners mention the car is big and heavy, and the radio knob can break easily, but overall reliability has been outstanding. The Genesis Coupe 3.8 is the mid-range trim, sitting between the base 2.0T and the track-ready R-Spec, and it gives you the V6 without the R-Spec's stiffer suspension. Its 3.8L I6 makes 348 horsepower and pairs with an eight-speed automatic, sending power to the rear wheels for a lively, engaging drive. Fuel economy checks in at 19 mpg combined, which is reasonable for a V6 coupe with this much character.
