Miles Overview
The Genesis is Hyundai's rear-drive luxury sedan, aimed at buyers who want a big, comfortable cruiser without the German badge premium. It's smooth and quiet on the highway, with a strong engine that makes passing easy, though the gas pedal is a bit sensitive at first. Inside, you get a classy cabin with wood trim, leather seats, and a Bose stereo, plus a touchscreen that's easy to use. A sportier suspension and the eight-speed automatic set the R Spec apart from the standard Genesis, giving it sharper reflexes without losing the luxury feel. The 3.8L I6 sends 333 horsepower to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic, making this Genesis quick enough to surprise a few V8 owners at a stoplight.
