Miles Overview
The 2021 Kona is Hyundai's small crossover, the one you cross-shop with the Honda HR-V and Mazda CX-3. It's a fun little SUV to hustle around town, with a light, eager feel that makes it more entertaining than most in its class. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how well it corners, but the seats are supportive for longer drives. The cabin is snug in the back and cargo space is modest, so it's best for two people or a small family. The Night sits between the SEL Plus and the Limited, swapping some convenience features for a blacked-out exterior and dark 18-inch wheels. Its 1.6L I4 makes 175 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque, routed through a seven-speed automatic to front-wheel drive, which keeps this little crossover feeling quick and responsive around town.
