Miles Overview
The Kona is Hyundai's subcompact crossover, a small SUV that fits below the Tucson and competes with the Honda HR-V and Toyota C-HR. It's a fun little SUV to drive, with eager steering and a ride that's on the firm side but keeps body roll in check. The cabin is nicely put together for the class, with comfortable front seats and a rear seat that's snug for adults but fine for kids. Cargo space is modest, but the rear seats fold flat to open up room for weekend gear, and the tall roofline makes loading easy. The SE is the base Kona, skipping the SEL's larger touchscreen and blind-spot monitoring but keeping the same eager chassis and standard safety suite.
