Miles Overview
The Encore is Buick's subcompact crossover, a small SUV that's easy to park and maneuver in tight city spots. It drives smoothly and quietly, with a ride that soaks up bumps well for its size. Inside, the cabin feels upscale for the class, but the back seat and cargo area are snug, so it's best for one or two people. Standard tech includes a rearview camera and an infotainment screen that's easy to reach and use. The Leather trim adds simulated leather upholstery and heated front seats over the Convenience, while skipping the Premium's larger wheels and Bose audio. Its 1.4L I4 makes 138 horsepower, and with all-wheel drive you get confident traction in rain or light snow, though the six-speed automatic can feel unhurried on steep grades.
