Miles Overview
The Encore is Buick's subcompact crossover, a small SUV that's easy to park and maneuver in tight city spots. It drives smoothly and quietly, with a ride that soaks up bumps well for its size. Inside, the cabin feels upscale for the class, but the back seat and cargo area are snug, so it's best for one or two people. Standard tech includes a rearview camera and an infotainment screen that's easy to reach and use. The Sport Touring trim adds 18-inch wheels and a sportier look over the Convenience, while keeping the same powertrain. It uses the 1.4L I4 making 153 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque, paired with the six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive, which returns 30 mpg combined.
