Miles Overview
The Scion iM is a compact hatchback, Scion's answer to the Corolla iM that followed it. It's the car to cross-shop with a Mazda3 or a VW Golf if you want a small hatch that's fun to drive. The iM feels eager and nimble around town, with a firm ride that keeps body roll in check. Inside, the cabin is straightforward and roomy enough for four adults, with a decent cargo area behind the back seat. Its 1.8L I4 makes 137 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, which is smooth enough for daily driving and returns 31 mpg combined.
