Miles Overview
The Land Cruiser is Toyota's flagship full-size SUV, the one that's been crossing continents for decades. It drives with a commanding presence, soaking up rough roads and feeling unstoppable off the beaten path. Inside, it's genuinely luxurious with three rows of seating and plenty of space for people and gear. The Land Cruiser has a legendary reputation for reliability, often lasting well past 200,000 miles with regular care. The VX R is the single trim for the 2016 Land Cruiser, so you get everything Toyota offers without having to choose between options. Its 5.7L V8 makes 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque, paired with a eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive that make it feel unstoppable on any surface. Expect fuel economy around 15 mpg combined, which is the trade-off for a vehicle that weighs 5,815 pounds and can tow heavy loads.
